Skin by Han LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to fulfill orders, communicate about your account, and improve our services.

Terms of Service

By using this website and purchasing products from Skin by Han, you agree to these terms. All products are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Follow all product directions and patch-test new products before full use.

Skin by Han LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse of products or failure to disclose allergies and sensitivities during consultations.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your products! If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@skinbyhan.com.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we are happy to help troubleshoot or find a better fit for your skin.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Local pickup is available by appointment at 116 E Pine Ave, Meridian, ID 83646.

Skin by Han is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost after delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
